Financial Manager / Financial Administrator – Property Company - Central London (Mayfair) 30k + bonus
Maintain day-to-day financial control.
Education: Higher Education
Experience: 3+ years within a financial department (control, administration or accounting)
Skills: Perfect knowledge of Excel, (and accounting software is a plus).
Highly Accurate, with strong organizational and administration skills.
-Finance and Banks:
Operate bank accounts (group of companies) including:
Monitor cash flow; ensure that all finance is properly administered.
Control of receipt of all payments from tenants.
Responsible for the security, payments and organization of all Deposits :-
Responsible for the monitoring and payments of all taxes (i.e. Income tax, Corporate tax and VAT for all companies).
- Corporate Costs:
Responsible for the monitoring of all personal and corporate expenses.
Managing a company’s financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems including:
Control of receiving information/reports from accountant.
Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines.
Liaising with accountants, auditors to ensure that monthly/quarterly/annual reports are made correct and it time.
Reporting all income and debt to management.
To carry out of necessary calculations, budgets of the new projects etc. upon management’s request.
Responsible for keeping and inspecting all invoices, receipts, credit notes, bank statements, agreements, services contracts, registration documents and other corporate documents.
Responsible for drafting all invoices.
